BREAKING: Eva's Bridal has moved!

OAK CREEK - Eva's Bridal Center said, "yes," to the new address.

After two decades at the bridal store's Oak Street location, Eva's Bridal has moved less than one mile south into suite No. 110 at the newly constructed Rawson Avenue Business Center at 140 E. Rawson Ave.

The new space, which measures 3,010 sq. ft., features exquisite wood floors, tall industrial ceilings, bright chandeliers, four cozy bridal fitting room areas, luxurious furniture, boutique mirrors, an upgraded seamstress room and, of course, a grand selection of designer bridal gowns, accessories and bridesmaid dresses.

“We are thrilled for this next chapter in the Eva’s story,” Shelby Williamson, owner of Eva’s Bridal, says. “We are blessed by brides who continue to support us, generation after generation. We hear the stories, and we meet the family members who have all found their dresses at Eva's. Our customers deserve a reimagined, beautiful place in which to say, yes,’ to the dress. We are excited for brides to experience our beautiful new showroom.”

The new space, Williamson says, dons subtle nods to the Streets of Old Milwaukee. For example, outdoor elements are brought inside the store, including vintage-inspired streetlamps and signs displaying names of locations significant to Eva’s – such as Historic Mitchell Street, where the business began in 1946.

“It was important to my team that as we created our new space, we included unique ways to honor our deep roots in Milwaukee bridal,” Williamson says. “Eva’s is one of – if not, the only – remaining bridal store(s) from the collection of Mitchell Street shops that was lovingly nicknamed ‘Bridal Row’ or ‘Bridal Alley.’ We want to pull in that rich history as we elevate our customer experience going forward.”

Williamson shares there are also future plans to display historic Eva's Bridal images on the salon walls.

Eva’s conducted a soft opening at its new space at the end of December 2025. The business plans to host a more formal grand re-opening celebration and sale January 2026 - just in time for the store’s 80th business anniversary.

With the move, Eva’s maintains its big-name bridal designers: Morilee, Allure, Essense of Australia, Stella York and Eddy K, as well as the store’s in-house seamstress services.

Williamson purchased Eva’s’ assets in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“That was a dynamic period to become a first-time business owner,” Williamson said. “Change is all I have ever known in my role. While we are grateful for our time at the Oak Street building, this relocation is an important next step - and this time, are in the driver’s seat making decisions our customers are going to love.”

At the new Rawson Avenue location, Eva's Bridal will be neighbors with other shops such as Swing & Sip Golf Bar, Bora Bora Smoothie Cafe, Connect Chiropractic and others.

Eva’s will share details about a grand re-opening celebration and sale when it becomes available.
